  • Most events fall into a flat per-event package. Pricing depends on the size of your event, how many devices you need, and how custom the content is. Get in touch with your event details and we'll send back a tailored quote within 48 hours.

  • Up to 12 Hours - and we have extra batteries on standby for you. We got you covered.

  • Anything that helps your event shine — sponsor logos and ads, schedules, menus, donation prompts, live social feeds, photo galleries, custom branding, interactive content, and more. If you can imagine it on a screen, we can put it on the table.

  • Yes. Our team designs every screen to match your event's look and feel. Send us your branding, sponsor assets, and content, and we'll handle the rest — from layout to motion. You'll review and approve everything before the event.

  • Only if you want live experiences that require an internet connect. Otherwise all the devices are preloaded before your event and can be scheduled to display items at certain times, or looping.

  • We require a damage deposit for our devices while in your hands. We do have GPS protection, and they are tough, but accidents happens. We'll deliver, set up, and pick everything up after your event, so you never have to worry about logistics.
